I meditated 7 hours a day in 2018
Then in 2019 I followed it up with 5 hours a day.
I have spent a big part of my life sitting still–I'm way past the 10.000 hour mark.
I know how to establish, maintain and teach habits.
Now I didn't do this because I was bored.
Before this I was waking up every day feeling severely depressed, stuck, helpless. I went extreme, and it worked.
Mastering habits has given me the key to molding my mind and my body.
